Scope of the GTC
The general terms and conditions (GTC) apply to the purchase of value and service vouchers from the Boutique & Gourmet Hotel Orso Grigio in Innichen.

Purchase of online vouchers, payment options, and shipping
Voucher orders are placed through the online shop of Ladinser Franz KG, Peter Paul Rainerstr. 2, 39038 Innichen, at www.orsohotel.it and are also available at the hotel reception. To keep order costs as low as possible, you can pay for the vouchers in the online shop via credit card or online bank transfer and receive the voucher free of charge via email. No postal shipping is provided. The purchase of value and service vouchers is only allowed for persons aged 18 and over. All stated prices are gross prices.

Voucher redemption
Vouchers are equipped with a unique barcode required for voucher redemption. The customer is responsible for keeping the voucher secure. Ladinser Franz KG is not liable for the misuse of the voucher. Each voucher can only be redeemed once. Vouchers remain the property of Ladinser Franz KG until full payment has been made. You can order vouchers from our online shop 24/7. If you have any questions or need assistance, please feel free to contact us during reception opening hours.

Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
If the value of consumption is lower than the voucher value, no cash will be refunded. In this case, you will receive an additional credit from the hotel.
Invoicing with VAT can only occur at the time of voucher redemption (VAT Act).
The voucher only becomes valid after full payment.
The validity period of the vouchers is printed on the voucher. The voucher must be redeemed within this period. Value vouchers are valid indefinitely.
The place of jurisdiction is Bolzano.

Right of withdrawal
The provisions of the Consumer Protection Act (KSchG) and the E-Commerce Act apply. If the customer is a business, the right of withdrawal is excluded. Customers who are consumers within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act (KSchG) can withdraw from a contract concluded at a distance (or from a contractual declaration made at a distance) within a period of seven working days. The withdrawal period begins on the day the contract is concluded, with Saturdays not counted as working days. It is sufficient if the withdrawal declaration is sent within the deadline without giving reasons. However, the right of withdrawal does not exist if the use of the purchased product begins within the withdrawal period according to the agreement.

In the event of withdrawal, the purchase price will be refunded in full or in part simultaneously with the return of the goods received by the customer. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer. The goods should be returned in unused, resalable condition and in the original packaging. For items that show signs of use or whose packaging is damaged, we will charge an appropriate fee for the reduction in value. The same applies if accessories or parts are missing when the goods are returned. The declaration of withdrawal is not bound to a specific form.

It is sufficient to send the withdrawal declaration within the deadline without giving reasons. In case of loss, theft, or devaluation of vouchers, Ladinser Franz KG cannot provide any replacement.
